Warranty
Home includes one-year warranty against workmanship and material defects. This warranty does not cover recaulking of countertops or repainting of hairline cracks in drywall. Due to soil conditions and freeze thaw cycles, concrete cannot be warrantied for cracks that may occur or widening of the construction or contraction joints. The BUYER must seal concrete cuts in all outside concrete slabs. Cracking will occur in tile grout and is considered a maintenance item not a warranty item.
